E.NEW BUSINESS 1.Kid City Update ZPuppets Rosenschnoz Administrative Assistant, RachelWandrei, gave an update on the Kid City project. Wednesday,August 17, 2016 Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting Minutes F.UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1.Harvest Park Farm Training Program Parks Manager, Jim Taylor, discussed the Harvest Park Farm Training Program with the commission. 2.Fall Playground Projects Timeline and Community Process Parks Manager, Jim Taylor, discussed the fall playground projects timeline and community process. 3.Commission Meeting Start Time Parks Manager, Jim Taylor, discussed moving the start time of the Parksand Recreation Commission from 7:00PM to 6:00PM. Commissioner Molstad moved to approve the start time of the Parks and Recreation Commission from 7:00PM to 6:00PM. Seconded by Commissioner SusagAyes –All The motion passed. G.VISITOR PRESENTATIONS Chuck Gunsolus –2408 Barclay Street John Malone –2415 Barclay Street H.COMMISSION PRESENTATIONS I.STAFF PRESENTATIONS 1.Fish Creek Trails Parks Manager, Jim Taylor, gave an update on the Fish Creek Trails. 2.WOW Events Parks Manager, Jim Taylor, invited everyone to the August 24 WOW Event. 3.Movie Nights Parks Manager, Jim Taylor, discussed the upcoming Movie Night events (August 24 and September 16). 4.Maplewood Rec Run 3K/5K Parks Manager, Jim Taylor, discussed the upcoming Maplewood Rec Run 3K/5K event.
