A. Diversity Award - All schools in the Maplewood area have had a personal

B. Annual Report - The following revisions will be needed: information will be
needed by Gail on the League of Minnesota meeting and the Diversity
Award. It was suggested by Gordon that pictures of Commissioners be
included in the Annual Report to familiarize the community with the
Commission and its function.
C. Business Outreach Letter - Letters to be sent out by no later than December
15 to companies who are members of the Chamber of Commerce in
Maplewood.
