Business Meeting - September 4, 1984
Present: Williamson, Hoyt, Sister Claire, Eiden, Haynes, Larsen
Poster
Very attractive. Fits the bill. Will be placed at City offices, Public
Works Building. Ramsay library. North St. Paul library, Tartan, North and
Hill Murray High Schools, lodges, community grocery stores, etc.
League of MN Annual Meeting
Excellent interchange of ideas. Again, enthusiastic group but not as large
as it should be. Williamson attended full session; Hoyt attended partial.
No Fault Grievance
John Greco is local commission officer. Also attends League of MHRC meetings.
Said there are very few requests for training sessions but he will see what
can be done. New commissioner supportive. Would be willing to put on a
training session for as few as three people.
HR Ordinance - By-Laws
Check for needed update.
League of MN August board meeting
Larsen attended; joined the task force that is working to expand membership
of the league with existing commissions. Another task force is working on
the formation of new commissions. Offered to host League board in September.
Major fund outlay for League -- newsletter. Consensus; important communica-
tion tool -- continue.
MHRC Budget
$220 -- spent $104 as of April 1st; $180 to present.
Reappointments
Letter of request for reappointment of Haynes and Rostron due in December.
Annual Report
Bring items to October meeting. Each one of us will be responsible for
any project undertaken during the year.
We are proud to publicly record the attainment of a-Masters for Commissioner
Jim Haynes. Industrial Differential Psychology.
Next meeting: October 2, 1984 St. Paul's Priory.
