monitor and ensure that there is an accessibility follow through.
Rostron will draft letter to Council .
Human Rights Day Observance
Human Rights Day is December 5 , 1984. Discussion of ways the
commission can bring this to the attention of the community.
Chosen:
-- Flashing Maplewood State Bank sign. Scott will contact Jim
Haynes to see if he would accept the responsibility for this
project again.
-- All of us have posters to hang up -- have them in place before
that date.
-- Special ad in Maplewood Review, week prior to observance , using
League copy. Eiden will submit .
-- Do some personal activity.
-- Send special ad text to area churches and/or schools asking them
to bring this observance to the attention of the congregation.
League of MHR Commissions
Williamson not present ; set bj St . Cloud meeting report . ,1
There is a new League newsletter.
For meeting November 17th they will have a No Fault Grievance Training
workshop . Certification is possible but only for League board members .
We will contact North Suburban Ramsey County Commissions to see if they
are interested in private NFG training and then host the workshop .
No Fault Grievance
Concern about the lack of referrals . Larsen will speak with Greco
on the 17th about this .
Next meeting December 4 , 1984.
