There is a firm in Chicago that is avail-ab1e for this purpose. We may wish to use. Can also train commissioners for "testing". There is funding avai l-abl-e for that purpose. Larsen would bring to the attention of the HRA that certain funding is avail-able to the City so they can investigate what it takes to qet the funds channeled into Maplewood. The council finds that discrimination in employmenE, education, housing, pubric accomodations, and pubric services based on race, creed, religion, sex, color, national origin or ancesEry, age, or disability, or familial status adversely affects the health, walfare, peace, and safeEy of the communicy.
