Experience: Prefer several years combined experience in City administration as an administrator/manager, department head, or assistant administrator/manager of a larger community or equivalent administrative experience in the private sector. The individual should have a favorable work record of sound management practices and supervisory experience. The individual should possess a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all phases of City administration, planning, public safety, finance, community services, redevelopment, and human resources as they relate to sound management and supervisory practices.
