south of 3088 White Bear Avenue,and a lot
division and building and site plan for the
same area;
—approved a zone change(R-1 to LBC)
at 1709 McKnight Road;
—approved a 90-day extension for a
subdivision at Carsgrove's Meadow;
—adopted ordinances for gas and
electric franchises;
—adopted an ordinance adoption for the
Community Design Review Board time
schedule;
—adopted an ordinance for the zoning
code for administrative variances;
—approved lot divisions at 784
McKnight Road and at 1686 East County
Road C;
—approved a building and site review
for tennis courts at Hill-Murray High
School;
—approved special use permit renewal
for a home occupation at 2125 White Bear
Avenue;
—approved the 1977 annual financial
report.
