The Metropolitan Council last
week confirmed the recommen-
dations of its Metropolitan
Parks and Open Space Commis-
° sion on projects' priority rank-
i ings for state and federal fund-
ing.
TO Maplewood's request for
o $100,000 for the Michael Lane
Nature Center is ranked fifth
among 32 applications. St:
Paul's McQuillan Park received
eighth priority, and Ramsey
County's proposal for improve-
ments at seven county parks is
25th.
