MINIMIZE INFIL- TRATION, NFII- TRATION, especially when detailed investiga- tion indicates high rates in certain areas. The TKDA consultants also cited theimpor- tance of replacing the present interceptor sew- er along Hwy.61. It's currently operat- ing at or near design ca- pacity.they pointed out.
