services needs.
In addition to the juve-
nile arrests,the task force
reported 115 dropouts in I
the public schools.
And an estimated 154
students, about 10 per
cent of the student popula-
tion at North Senior High
School, have behavioral
problems, it was pointed
out.
"These figures reveal
only the obvious, serious
problems," the task force
noted in a written report.
