One of the east metro's hyphenated private schools will feature two commas in the name of its new athletic
stadium.
Hill -Murray School in Maplewood opens Mary, Queen of Victory, Stadium this fall following a $3.5 million
renovation with artificial turf and a new track surface.
Hill -Murray teams traditionally recite the prayer "Mary, Queen of Victory, Pray for us" before they compete.
The stadium opens Sept. 16 for the Homecoming football game.
Josh has written about St. Paul public schools and higher education for the Pioneer Press since

two-year stint on city government and crime in Austin, Minn., and spent seven years in Sioux Falls,
