that can catch an ani-
mal's. leg, except for
mouse and rat traps set
in homes or buildings.
Trapping for fox and
muskrat fur is still tak-
ing place in several areas
of the city, the council
was told. Council mem-
bers are concerned about
danger to children and 1
domestic pets.
