"This is a concern to developers and business people who are considering adding on to their buildings,"Bruton said. He urged the people to pay attention to the council's discussion of the subject"while it's being discussed"rather than after a decision on fees and permits has been made. "We'd rather have you address the subject as a chamber of commerce in- stead of as individuals,"the mayor said.
