Bids will be on lump sum basis. Owner will receive, by mail or personal delivery at address below, sealed bids from qualified bidders until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at which time bids will be opened and tabulated according to law. A Pre-bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 11, 2016 at the project site located at 1830 County Road B East, Maplewood, MN 55109. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with State of Minnesota Prevailing Wages. The Finance Director of the City of Maplewood is requesting that the Maplewood Planning Commission review the proposed 2017- 2021 Maplewood Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Public Hearing Information The Maplewood Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed CIP on Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. or later. The planning commission will hold this meeting at Maplewood City Hall, 1830 County Road B East, in the City Council Chambers. All interested parties may appear atthe hearing and present their views orally or submitwritten comments before the meeting. Sign language interpreters are available. You must request this service at least four days in advance. Please call the City Clerk's office at (651) 249-2002 to arrange this service. The city also has devices for assisted listening devices available. Please check with the city clerk for availability. Why This Notice? The city code requires the planning commission to hold a public hearing when considering adoption of the CIP.
