John Zuercher, 2208 Hendry Place, has been appointed deputy director of the
Maplewood Emergency Preparedness Division.
He has been a Maplewood police reserve officer for 17 years.For part of those years,
he was chief of the reserve unit.
Zuercher is an employee of 3M Corporation.
The appointment was made by Larry Cade, director of the city's Emergency
Preparedness Division.
