CALL TO ORDER A meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Slawik. B. ROLL CALL Nora Slawik, Mayor Present Marylee Abrams, Councilmember Present Kathleen Juenemann, Councilmember Present Bryan Smith, Councilmember Present Tou Xiong, Councilmember Absent C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Councilmember Smith moved to approve the agenda as submitted. Seconded by Councilmember Abrams Ayes – All The motion passed. D. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None E. NEW BUSINESS 1. Communication Update IT Director Fowlds gave the communications update presentation and answered questions of the council. 2. 2016 Strategic Objectives Update Assistant City Manager/HR Director Funk gave the update to the 2016 Strategic Objectives and answered questions of the council. F. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Slawik adjourned the meeting at 6:58 p.m.
