Gervais,of Castle Design and
Development Co.,said he is
redrawing the plat for the area
in question.
"We have changed the plan to
clustered townhouses and taken
out about 1,100 feet of streets.
This eliminates a lot of tree re-
moval and ripping out trees,"
said the developer.
Gervais had planned to put
single family homes in the area.
Last week he asked the council
to have the city engineering de-
partment do a preliminary study
on streets and utilities needed ,
for the project. The council
agreed.
