ment for the assistant fire marshal's
salary, and 4-1 for the salary increases,
Greavu dissenting.
The salary schedule will be retroactive
to Jan. 1, 1979. The new salaries will be:
police chief, $31,077; director of public
works, $29,187; director of community
services, $28,647; director of community
development,$24,619;deputy police chief,
$28,076; finance director, $29,149; city
clerk, $27,221; two police lieutenants,
$26,470 and$26,052; secretary, $14,326.
