The comments of Wedell and

on the County Board. It's a feel-
ing that's a holdover from the
days when the St.Paul mayor
was automatically chairman of
the County Board.
But that changed four years
ago. And St.Paul Mayor George
Latimer doesn't think Orth's
election will mean the city will
be slighted in favor of the sub-
urbs.
