ORDINANCE NO.413 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAPLEWOOD ZONING CODE The City Council of the City of Maplewood does hereby ordain as follows: Section 1.That the following described properly is hereby rezoned from F,Farm Residence District,to R- 1,Single Family Dwelling District: Subject to Bellaire Avenue the East 178 feet of North 333 feet of South of Northwest of Section 1, Township 29, Range 22.
