m.CST on the Oh day of 1977 at the Municipal
Building,1350 Frost Avenue,e,Maplewood,Minnesota,at
which time and place all bids will be publicly opened,
read aloud and considered.
Proposals must be Ina sealed envelope with the
statement thereon indicating proposal for bid contained
within,the Maplewood Project Number,and addressed
to the City of Maplewood,Minnesota.Proposals shall be
submitted to the City Clerk on or before the above Stated
time. Proposal is for the furnishing of all labor,
equipment and materials and performing all work in
cnecti0n with the above stated construction.
Proposal forms,including specifications,are on file in
the off ice of Howard Needles Tammen and Bergenduff,
Consulting Engineers, 6150 France Avenue South,
Minneapolis,Minnesota.
Copies on the documents may be obtained by
depositing Twentymfive dollars (335.00) with the
Engineer. The amount of deposit for one set of
documents will be
refunded to each actual bidder upon
return of the plans and documents in good condition
within ten days after the opening of bids.
