ADVERTISEMENT FOR BADS
The City Council of Maplewood,Minnesota,will
receive sealed bids for Me construction of a Park
Shelter Building at Michael Lane Nature Center located
within the City limits on a basis of cash payment for the
work.Rids will be received until 2:00 p.m.,C,D.S.T.,Co
the 11th day of October,1977,at the Municipal Building,
1380 Frost Avenue,Maplewood,Minnesota,at which
time and place all bids will be publicly opened,read
aloud and considered.
Proposals must be placed In a sealed envelope with
the statement thereon indicating proposal for Building
Construction bid contained within and addressed to the
City Clerk on or before the above stated time.Proposal
is for the furnishing of all labor,equipment and
materiels and performing all work In connection with
the above stated construction.
Proposal forms,including specification,are on file
and may be examined in the office of Community
Services, City of Maplewood, 1380 Frost Avenue,
Maplewood,Minnesota 55109.
Copies of the documents may be obtained from the
officeof W.J.Sutherland and Associates,Inc.,3919 West
4th Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55424, upon
payment of Thirty Five Dollars(535.001 for each set.
The amount of deposit for one set of documents will be
refunded to each prime bidder who returns ma plans
and documents in good condition within ten dant after

All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or
