NOTICE OF NEARING
ON ASSESSMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Mat the City Council of
Maplewood, Minnesota will meet in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall,1380 Frost Avenue at 1:30
p.m.on August 33,1917,to hear all persons concerning
the adoption of the assessment roll for Public In.
provement Project No.1313,Woodlynn Avenue from
White Bear Avenue to McKnight Road;Lydia Avenue
from White Bear Avenue to Furness Street;Ariel Street
from Lydia Avenue to County Road"D;"Beam Avenue
from White Bear Avenue to Frederick Street;Radata
Avenue from White Bear Avenue to Frederick St.,and
to adopt the assessment roll as presented or amended.
This hearing is scheduled pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes,Chapter 439.The assessment roll as herein
described is on tile in the offIce of the City Clerk.
All persons who wish to be heard,or to object,with
reference to this matter may present their cases at MS
hearing,either orally or in writing.
An owner may appeal an assessment to District Court
pursuant to M.S.A.Section 039.081 by serving notice Of
the appeal upon the Mayor Or City Clerk of the City Of
Maplewood within twenty(30)days after the adopt ion of
the assessment and by filing such notice with the
District Court within ten(101 days after service upon
the Mayor or City Clerk.

Ave.to McKnight Road;Lydia Ave.from White Bear
Ave.to Furness St.;Ariel St.from Lydia Ave.to County

POLICE MOTORCYCLE
CITY OF MAPLEWOOD
Notice is hereby given that Che City Council at
Maplewood will receive sealed bids at me office of Chu
City Clerk until 0:30 P.M.C.S.T.on August 15th,1977.
At this time the bids will be publicly opened and read
aloud in the Council Chambers,13.0 Frost Avenue,
Maplewood,Minnesota for the purchase of one It)new
Into or tent model combination street and frail
motorcycle designed for Police service.
Proposal forms,including specifications are on file
and may be obtained at the office of the Chief of Police.
Proposals must be made on the forms furnished and
received by the City Clerk before the time stated above.
Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope wittl the
indication thereon stating"Proposal for one ill Police
Motorcycle Contained herein"and addressed to the City
W Maplewood,1380 Frost Avenue.
Tire City Council reserves the right le accept or reject
any or all bids,to waive any informalities in the bid and
to make such award as it may deem to be in the best
interest of me City.
