This hearing is scheduled pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,Chapter 439.The assessment roll as herein described is on tile in the offIce of the City Clerk. All persons who wish to be heard,or to object,with reference to this matter may present their cases at MS hearing,either orally or in writing. An owner may appeal an assessment to District Court pursuant to M.S.A.Section 039.081 by serving notice Of the appeal upon the Mayor Or City Clerk of the City Of Maplewood within twenty(30)days after the adopt ion of the assessment and by filing such notice with the District Court within ten(101 days after service upon the Mayor or City Clerk.
