The problem to be studied is mainly the •'y •

Donald Wiegert, speaking for the city,

The silt is going into a pond built by
Arne Johnson of 2299 Londin Lane, St.
Paul.Johnson said,"The solution is to put
a culvert through my property. The
solution is so simple.It will not be solved
by making a larger pond."
Wiegert commented, "There are a
