The City Council of Maplewood will receive sealed
bids for f.rnlshing and delivery of ONE (1) LOW
CENTER OF GRAVITY TRACTOR complete and
ready for operation.Bids will be received until 2:30 p.m.
on Tuesday, February 21,1978,at the City Hall, 1380
Frost Avenue, Maplewood, Minnesota at which time
and place the bids shall be opened, read aloud, and
considered.
Proposal forms,including specifications,are on file
and may be obtained at the office of the Maplewood
Community Services Department. Proposals must be
made on the forms as furnished,and shall be submitted
to the Director of Community Services on or before the

envelope with an indication thereon staling,"Proposal

ORDINANCE NO.435
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
101.090 OF THE MAPLEWOOD CODE
PERTAINING TO THE FINE
FOR A MISDEMEANOR
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Section 101.090 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
101.090.VIOLATION.A person convicted of violating
any provision of this Code or any rule or regulation
adopted in pursuance thereof shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to
exceed the maximum permitted by the State of Min-
nesota or imprisoned for a term not to exceed ninety
(90)days,or both.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force after its passage and publication.

The City Council of Maplewood, Minnesota will
receive sealed bids for the construction of Water Im-
provements,Mailand Rd.Booster Station Protect No.
76.7A,Roselawn Rooster Station Project No.75.16C,
Maplewood,Minnesota On the basis of cash payment for
the work.Bids will be received until 9:30 a.m.,local
time,on the 27th day of February,1977,at the Municipal
Building,1390 Frost Avenue,Maplewood,MInnesota,at
which time and place all bids will be publicly opened,
read aloud and considered.
The project consists of constructing two(2)water
pumping stations and related work.dolor items of
construction for each of the pumping stations include
the following:
I.Grading,Site Improvements and Landscaping
9.Site Piping
3.Booster Station Building
4.Pumps,Piping and Miscellaneous Equipment
5.Electrical Controls and Telemetering
6.Miscellaneous and Related Work

the statement thereon indicating proposal for bid

Maplewood,Minnesota.Proposals shall be submitted to
the City Clerk on or before the above stated time.
Proposal Is for the furnishing of all labor,equipment
and materials and performing all work in connection
with the above stated construction.

payment for one set of documents will be refunded to

condition within ten days after the opening of bids.
