Lucille Aurelius City Clerk City of Maplewood (Review: Feb.8,15,1978) ORDINANCE NO.435 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 101.090 OF THE MAPLEWOOD CODE PERTAINING TO THE FINE FOR A MISDEMEANOR THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.Section 101.090 is hereby amended to read as follows: 101.090.VIOLATION.A person convicted of violating any provision of this Code or any rule or regulation adopted in pursuance thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the maximum permitted by the State of Min- nesota or imprisoned for a term not to exceed ninety (90)days,or both. Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its passage and publication.
