Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope with the statement thereon Indicating proposal for fencing bid contained within and addressed to the Community Services Director on or before the above Stated time. Proposal is for the furnishing of all labor,equipment and materials and performing all work In connection with the above stated Construction.
