integrity, but I'm questioning a playing

money."
Jack Gatman commented, "We were
guarenteed that we wouldn't have water
in our yards. And we do."
Leon R. Allen, 1928 Kennard St., said,
"I've lived here 21 years. I've never had
my basement flooded or my garage
wrecked until after this sewer was put
in."
Councilman Norman Anderson
remarked, "I would like to state that
everything that has been said here is true.
