another storm sewer

In other action, the Maplewood City
Council:
—approved a lot width variance at
Birmingham and Price Streets;
—decided to take no action on a lot
width and lot split at 1883 White Bear
Ave.;
—approved employee group insurance;
—tabled lot division at Demont Avenue
east of Flandrau;
—approved lot divisions at the nor-
thwest corner of Hazelwood and County
Road C and at 2635 Fremont Ave.;
—denied an assessment abatement at
2138 Arcade St.;
—approved a senior citizen deferment
application;
—approved gambling permits at St.
Jerome's Church and at Presentation
Church;
—approved a review of recreation fees
through the city of Roseville.
