planner,Manager Michael Miller
reported last week.
Olson,who has a bachelor's
degree in architecture and a
master's degree in urban and re-
gional planning,has been a city
planner-zoning administrator in
Coon Rapids.Prior to that,the
St.Paul native was an assistant
planner for a county in Michi-
gan.
