The final plans for the watermain go out. If the main was installed for the

watermain. The approved new main

one. According to City Engineer Bob
Collier, "The benefit would be that if the
existing main was not in use,the new one
would provide service."
The proposed assessments would be
less than 10 percent of the total cost,and
not the full assessment collected from
residents whose watermains require
replacement.The new water main is also
being given an estimated life expectancy
of 60 years.
