° Funeral arrangements have been made for a 40-year-old St. Paul man
who died after being assaulted at a Maplewood bar early Wednesday morning.
Eduardo "Titi" Alberto Figueroa died at his home of injuries suffered in an
altercation while attempting to protect his daughter, police have said.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Mueller Memorial
Funeral Home, 835 Johnson Parkway, in St. Paul. Funeral services will be
held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 840 E. Sixth
St., in St. Paul, followed by burial at Oakland Cemetery.
Maplewood police said Figueroa was assaulted by two men at Freddy's

North End home.
Police arrested Brandon Jermel Smith, 23, of St. Paul and are looking for the second man and a
woman also believed to have been involved in the assault. The other suspects have not been
identified and no additional arrests had been made as of Thursday evening.
