In October, fun and scary events are creeping around every corner until the big event of
Halloween finishes out the fun. This list includes everything from kids trick-or-treating
to hair-raising haunted houses, listed alphabetically and grouped by date.

Let the bone rattling begin.
Fright Farm Haunted House. The Ramsey County Sherrifs department is hosting
its annual haunting for the most fearless visitors. The haunted house is not
recommended for people under the age of 12. 7-11 p.m. Oct. 3-4, 10-11, 17-18, 24-25, 30-
31 and low-scare matinee, noon-4 p.m. Oct. 26; $10; 2020 White Bear Avenue N.,

Pumpkin Patch Party. Get ready for a night full of spooktacular activities. Enter to
win the pumpkin-decorating contest or roller-skate to some kid-friendly music. 7:30-10

Halloween Hijinks Puppet Show. Children ages 2-5 along with adults can laugh
and sing with wild animal puppets as they hurry around in the fall season. Make a bat
mini-kite to take home and have a snack. 10-11 a.m. Oct. 29; $5 per child; Maplewood.
