subject to terms and conditions
contained in Bidding Documents
prepared by SEH.Bids will be on
Lump Sum basis.
Owner will receive, by mail or
personal delivery at address below,
sealed bids from qualified bidders
until 10:00 a.m.,Thursday,August
14,2014 at which time bids will be
opened and tabulated according to
law.
A Pre-bid Conference will be held at
10:00 A.M.,Tuesday,August 5,2014
at the Maplewood Community
Center located at 2100 White Bear

56109.

minimum wages and labor standards
in accordance with State of
Minnesota Prevailing Wages.
Owner reserves right to reject any

CITY OF MAPLEWOOD
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Maplewood is proposing
amendments to the city ordinance
that regulates alarm systems.
The Maplewood City Council will
hold a public hearing for the first
reading of the ordinance amendment
on Monday,August 11,2014 at 7:00
p.m.or later.The City Council will
hold this meeting at Maplewood City
Hall,1830 County Road B East in
the City Council Chambers. All
interested persons may appear at
the hearing and present their views
orally or they may submit written
comments to the City,at the above
address,before the meeting.
