Enclose bids in sealed envelope,addressed to the address above.Clearly mark envelope in the lower right hand corner as follows: BID ENCLOSED PROJECT NAME: East Metro Public Safety Training Center Phase 1—Bid Package 58 OWNER NAME: City of Maplewood,Minnesota PROJECT LOCATION: 1881 Century Avenue North,Maplewood, MN 55109 BID DUE:Wednesday August 13, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. SCOPE:BC-01 Earthwork(or)BC- 02 Concrete&Masonry(or)BC-03 Precast Project Scope:The project consists of approximately 4,320 square foot 2-story precast addition to the existing 4-story East Metro Public Safety Training Tower including surrounding concrete drives. This project wig be managed by a Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. Terra General Contractors is the Construction Manager.The scope of Work will be bid and awarded by separate, distinct Bid Categories.Bidders shall review all Bid Categories to determine which category they will provide a bid for. Only bids for "complete" categories will be accepted and reviewed by the Construction Manager. The Construction Manager,by separate contracts will award the remainder of the work as shown on the Drawings and indicated in the Technical Specification (for reference only).
