Maplewood offers
storm water plan for
public review
Maplewood's storm water permit requires that the city develop a storm
water polllution prevention plan. The Minnesota Pollution Control
Agency has established six minimum control measures the plan must
address:

• construction site stormwater runoff control
• post-construction stormwater management
• pollution prevention
The City of Maplewood is required to prepare an annual eport detailing
the progress made in the previous year to meet the permit requirements.
The Environmental and Natural Resources Commission will hold a public
hearing to review the annual storm water report at 7 p.m. Monday, May
19 in the City Council Chambers.
The City would like resident comments on the report prior to or during
the meeting. To view the 2013 SWPPP report, visit the City's storm water
