Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. on the 2nd day of March, 2016, at the municipal building, 1830 County Road B East, Maplewood, Minnesota, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and considered. Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope with the statement thereof "BID FOR CITY PROJECT 13-10, BEEBE ROAD STREET IMPROVEMENTS." This hearing is scheduled pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. The assessment roll as herein described is on file in the office of the city clerk. Questions regarding the assessment roll may be addressed to the office of the city engineer. The total amount to be assessed is $302,943.81. The general nature of the improvement is full -depth pavement reclamation, concrete curb and gutter repair, new pavement installation, and the installation of a bituminous walkway. This project includes those properties abutting Beebe Road from Larpenteur Avenue to Holloway Avenue.
