PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
A Public Hearing will be held for the purpose of revising the Maplewood City Code of Ordinances. Specifics of the proposed
changes are:
1. Ordinance Adopting the Republication of the City Code of Ordinances
2. Ordinance Repealing Chapter 8, Article V Pertaining to Billiard Parlorsand Poolrooms Licenses
3. Ordinance Repealing Chapter 14, Article XIV Pertaining to Private School Licenses
4. Ordinance Repealing Chapter14, Article XVI Pertaining to TanningFacilities
5. Ordinance Repealing Chapter42, Article I and Article II Pertaining to Taxi Cab Licenses
6. Consider Approval of anOrdinance Amending Chapter 20,Article IV Pertaining to Fireworks
7. Consider Approval of anOrdinance Amending Chapter 28 Pertaining to Peddlers, Solicitors and Vendors
The Maplewood City Council will hold the public hearing for the first reading of the above proposed ordinance changes on
Monday, September 28 at 7:00 p.m. or later. The City Council will hold this meeting at the Maplewood City Hall Council
Chambers, located at 1830 County Road B East. All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views
orally or they may submit written comments to the City, at the above address, before the meeting.
