7..here were raws for "kids of all ages" included the merry-go-round,
where C... ynn Dale and her sister Judi Bolger took a spiv.
They had a BLAST at the Ramsey County Fair
and White Bear Avenue Days. Fireworks lit up the
night sky over the Ramsey County Fairgrounds
midway July 17. It was the 102nd annual Ramsey
County Fair July 15-19.
