Club president Robert Olson and event organizer Denise Hess explain that all proceeds will go toward purchasing new
hearing diagnostic equipment for District 622's ECFE program. Preschool children have their hearing tested before attending
kindergarten, but the ECFE program, with its classes and activities for families with children birth to age 3 can get to kids at
much younger ages, Hess notes. "And the earlier the better to catch hearing problems and start working with them."
