The proposed revision, in conjunction with State Statute, will permit persons to have direct or indirect interest in more than one on -sale intoxicating liquor license in the City. As indicated in Minn. Stats. § 340A.412, subd. 3. there will be no change in permitting persons to possess a direct or indirect interest in more than one off -sale license in the City.
