Many thauks to all who responded to the 9u call at the sad,unexpected passing of 1'oni Edwin-
Ngeri.Her two beloved childrei�were the oiily ones home with her.I witnessed firsthand how
police officers,paramedics,firefighters,and social workers deal with sad and difficult situations,
responding with calm competence and compassion.What makes them Saints is that they reached
out above and beyond the duty of their jobs to follow up with telephone calls,gifts and donations,
and joined our school families at an ice cream social held to show our love and support for the
children.
