Alyssa Ann Rangel, 26, was charged in December with one count of gross misdemeanor child endangerment. Prosecutors said police found Rangel passed out in her Maplewood home, atop a 19-month-old child, after they found a 7-month-old chi�d in a stroller in the driveway. It was about 2:40 p.m. Nov. 9 and the temperature was in the 30s. Rangel pleaded guilty in February and was sentenced Thursday. The court issued a stay of imposition, meaning the charge wili be reduced to a misdemeanor if Rangel completes probation. Elizabeth Mohr can be reached at 651-228-5162.
