October 15 and November 5, 2013
Introduction
Meeting CancellationNotice
The October 15,2013planning commission meeting has beencancelledsince there are
no time-sensitive itemsfor consideration.
The November 5, 2013 planning commission meeting has also been cancelled since this
date falls on Election Day. The city cannot hold publicmeetings on Election Day.
The next scheduled planning commission meeting will be November 19, 2013.
City Council Meeting Attendance Schedule
As a reminder, the planning commissioners scheduled to attend upcoming city council
meetings prior to our nextPC meeting will be:
1.Commission representation for the October 14, 2013 city council meeting.
Commissioner Donofrio is scheduled to attend. There are no items scheduled
requiring planning commission representation.
2.Commission representation for theOctober 28, 2013 city council meeting.
Commissioner Kempe is scheduled to attend. The land use plan amendment,
conditional use permit and wetland buffer waiver for the proposed fire station on
McKnight Road arescheduled for review.
3.Commission representation for the November 11, 2013 city council meeting.
Commissioner Fischeris scheduled to attend. There are no items scheduled
requiring planning commission representation.
