at 5:20 p.m. by Mayor Rossbach.

Councilmember Llanas moved to approve the aaenda as submitted
Seconded by Councilmember Koppen Ayes — All
The motion passed.

1. City Manager Performance Evaluation
a. Declaration of Intent to Close Meeting
Councilmember Juenemann moved to close the meeting for the purpose of conducting the City
Manaaer's performance evaluation.
Seconded by councilmember Koppen Ayes — All
Mayor Rossbach opened the meeting at 6:37 p.m.
Mayor Rossbach provided a summation of the City Manager's performance review
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Rossbach adjourned the meeting at 6:38 p.m.
