Re: Contract with Dr. James Sipe: Council /Staff Retreat
The City Council is requested to review and authorize the contract with Dr. James
Sipe and Magellan Executive Resources, Inc., for the purpose of conducting the
council /staff retreat on April 28
This is a normal function of the City Manager, however I thought it would be best if
the council provided input and approval as well.
Thank you.
