A meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to order
at 5:27 p.m. by Mayor Longrie.

1. Presentation Of Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) For 2008
a. Finance Director, Bob Mittet gave the presentation and answered questions of the council.
2. Presentation On Proposed Adjustments To Revenue And Expenditures For 2009
a. Assistant City Manager, Public Works Director, Chuck Ahl gave the presentation and
answered questions of the council.
3. Presentation On Outlook for 2010 Budget
a. City Manager, James Antonen gave the presentation and answered questions of the
council.

Mayor Longrie adjourned the meeting at 7:18 p.m.
