A. CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall Council Chambers and was called to order
at 7:02 p.m. by Mayor Rossbach.

Councilmember Koppen requested that the Pledge of Allegiance be added to the agenda.
Councilmember Nephew moved to approve the agenda as amended.
Seconded by Councilmember Koppen. Ayes — All
The motion passed.

1. Collection System Analysis (Review of the City's Trash Hauling System)
a. Mayor Rossbach introduced the item and gave the background regarding this discussion.
b. Environmental Planner, Shann Finwall gave the report and answered questions of the
council.
